Clarion Call Day 204
Listen to my prayer, O God,
do not ignore my plea;
hear me and answer me.
My thoughts trouble me and I am distraught Psalm 55:1-2
All attentive, listening God
How amazing
How wonderful that I can call to you
That I can share my hopes and fears
Knowing that you hear and listen and respond.
Thank you Father
Thank you for your constant care and attention
Help me to open all of my life to you
Not holding back
Not trying to hide the things I don’t want you to see.
And not just for me Lord
For all your people
For all this world for which our Saviour died
We cry to you from the depth of lockdown
From the chaos of coronavirus
From the panic of the pandemic
Lord, hear us.
Hear us, guide us and save us Lord.
In Jesus’ name I pray.
