Heavenly Father who has chosen me
Son of God who has saved me
Holy Spirit who has filled me
How could this be?
I kneel in awe before the manger in Bethlehem
Astonished by the Love and Grace and Mercy
Displayed in the plan of salvation
How could this be?
I realise and confess
That all too often I treat this all so lightly
Taking for granted the truth and the power
The magnificence and the glory
How could this be?
Holy Trinity
Soak me in the truth of the Incarnation
Fill me with the meaning of Gospel
Baptise me in the wonder of Salvation
That I might never lose sight
Of the Perfection of the Plan
Of the Implications of the incarnation
Of the Goodness of God
